Born as a Lolita in 2007 (immoratlized on the celluloid in the burlesque documentary “A Wink and a Smile”) in the Emerald city Seattle. Lady Tatas has been lighting fires ever since, graduating with a degree from the University of Washington in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts, with a focus in Printmaking and Surface Design, headdress and hat design only made sense.
